  • Business/Partner Info: company name, affiliate/partner details, inquiries, and related communications.
  • Content You Submit: comments, messages, uploads (images/files), listings, and other data you choose to provide in our Services.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, clicks, and referral URLs.
  • Log & Diagnostic Data: error logs, performance metrics, timestamps, and basic interaction events to help maintain reliability and security.
  • Approximate Location: general area (city/region) derived from IP address (not precise GPS unless you explicitly grant it in a browser/app prompt).

C. Payment Information (If Applicable)

If you purchase products or services, payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We generally receive only limited information (such as billing name, billing contact details, transaction status, and partial payment identifiers). We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Vertura Group does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Opt-Out: You can request to stop receiving non-essential SMS messages by replying STOP (where supported) or contacting us. We may still send critical administrative/security messages if necessary (for example, account security notices).
