This Privacy Policy applies to Vertura Group (“Vertura Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our websites (including verturagroup.com), web applications, admin dashboards, directories, listings pages, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Some Services may have additional notices or policies. If a conflict exists, the more specific notice governs for that Service.

A. Information You Provide

• Contact & Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any details you submit via forms or communications.
• Account & Admin Data: usernames, role/permission settings, authentication tokens, and admin-managed content (e.g., listings, links, images, posts).
• Business/Partner Info: company name, affiliate/partner details, inquiries, and related communications.
• Content You Submit: comments, messages, uploads (images/files), listings, and other data you choose to provide in our Services.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, clicks, and referral URLs.
• Log & Diagnostic Data: error logs, performance metrics, timestamps, and basic interaction events to help maintain reliability and security.
• Approximate Location: general area (city/region) derived from IP address (not precise GPS unless you explicitly grant it in a browser/app prompt).

C. Payment Information (If Applicable)

If you purchase products or services, payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We generally receive only limited information (such as billing name, billing contact details, transaction status, and partial payment identifiers). We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers on our servers.

No Sale for Money

Vertura Group does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Some pages may include affiliate links or partner references. If you click an affiliate link and then engage with a third party, that third party’s privacy policy governs their handling of your data.

We may also use analytics to understand how users interact with the Services. Where required, we provide consent choices through cookie controls or banners.

SMS (Text Messaging)
